      Membership file contains membership application, correspondence about chapter affilation and resignation, notification of death. Chapter correspondence shows that Herbert Cohen changed his name to Herbert Cayton in 1928. He was Secretary-Treasurer of the Hawaii Chapter in 1927 and 1928, and again in 1930-1934. He was chapter President in 1929 and 1935. The chapter's official stationery, ordered in June 1928, shows his name as Cohen, but by the time of correspondence in October 1928, he signs as Cayton.
