Antonio di Nardo's Fellowship nomination was not selected by the jury the first year that it was submitted. Normally unsuccessful Fellowship submissions may be considered again by the jury for up to two subsequent years, but di Nardo died before the submission was refiled for a second year, and the AIA's policy has been not to consider posthumous nominations.
