Membership file contains correspondence about 1912 membership, applications and correspondence about 1923 and 1942 readmission; AIA Board Minutes contain board action approving 1912 membership. His 1912 membership application and the letter opposing him are not in the AIA Archives. They were probably not replaced in the files after they had been removed for the Board's review. The plans and photographs submitted with the application would have been returned to the applicant after the membership decision was made.
