Membership file contains membership application, clippings about Fellowship and death. In the late 1970s, Fellowship nominations were typically returned to the nominee. John W. Moutoussamy's nomination form is not in the Archives, but the photographs submitted with the nomination are in his Fellowship file, along with the notification letter. Most of the photographs were from the photography firm Hedrich-Blessing, and the copyright holder for the photographs would be the photographer.
