Obituary:
Excerpt from obituary, published in the Providence Journal on December 14, 2007, contributed by his family: "Born in Providence on June 7, 1918, he was a graduate of Hope High School. In 1950, he received a B.S. in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. During WWII, he served as an officer in the Army Air Corps. He was a member of the RISD faculty and practiced architecture for many years. In addition to numerous residences throughout the state, Mr. Hill designed several buildings for the People's Savings Bank and redesigned the interiors of Wilson Hall and Arnold Laboratory on the campus of Brown University. He served as Modernization Coordinator at the Providence Housing Authority from 1977 until 2003, retiring at age 85." The obituary may be viewed online through www.legacy.com.
