The Rammed Earth House, by Anthony F. Merrill (NY: Harper & Bros., 1947) includes project and biographical information on Thomas Hibben. Hibben's article on rammed-earth construction was publshed in Architectural Record (vol. 80, p. 324, Oct. 1936) and some of his designs were published in Architectural Forum (vol. 75, p. 234, Oct. 1941).
